Shipping policy
SINI Online Store ships only to EU-countries. Deliveries are provided by Budbee, Instabox and GLS The shipping fee will be added to your order at check out.
Shipping costs depends on your chosen delivery method, shipping location and the sum total of the order. Delivery costs are always provided prior to ordering. You will see the exact shipping cost to your country at the checkout.

Delivering the order to the customer
Orders are processed on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sinituote aims to hand over orders to the relevant carrier within 1–3 business days of the order being placed. Our delivery times within the EU are usually 3–7 business days. SINI is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.
When your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment online at any time. All product prices include the value added tax.
We are not responsible for any delays due to force majeure reasons or any indirect damages caused by delays. We provide information regarding all known unusual delivery times on our website.
We are currently shipping to EU countries only but we are working hard on getting more countries to our shipping list in the near future. In the meantime, we recommend to subscribe our newsletter to get the latest updates concerning shipping plus some useful cleaning tips. 💙
