The eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) measures how willing our employees are to recommend their workplace to others. In our 2023 employee survey, the eNPS for our staff reached an impressive 51, showing a significant improvement from last year, when it was only 20. In comparison, the average eNPS for our industry in 2023 was just 5.
