Warranty terms

All SINI cleaning tools come with a statutory warranty of at least two years. Some of our products are covered by an extended five-year warranty. These products are marked on their product pages with the symbols shown below.

Warranty for SINI Cleaning Tools

Sinituote Oy provides a five-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for products whose packaging bears the SINI 5-year warranty mark. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and applies to products purchased within the European Union.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from intended use.
  • Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or external force.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs to the product.

Consumers should report any suspected defect to SINI Customer Service as soon as possible after discovering it by emailing info@sini.com.

To help us process your claim more quickly, please include a detailed description of the problem, photos of the product and the damaged area, your proof of purchase or warranty certificate, and your contact details.

The harmonised notice

The harmonised notice highlights for consumers the main elements of the legal guarantee of conformity, in particular that every consumer in the EU benefits from at least 2 years of legal guarantee protection for any consumer goods sold in the EU.
