1. General

These terms and conditions of the online store of Sinituote Oy (Business ID 0723086-1) shall apply to the purchase of products via the website https://sini.com between Sinituote Oy (hereinafter referred to as “Online Store”, "SINI", "us" or "we") and the customer (hereinafter the "Customer" or "you").

By ordering products you agree to these Terms as well as the use of personal data and cookies according to SINI's Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change or update the content of these terms from time to time. In case we make substantial changes to these Terms or Privacy Policy, we aim to notify our Customers in advance on our website.

3. Placing Orders and Registration

The Online Store may be used by all persons who are at least 18 years of age and have a functioning email address and who order products to delivery addresses located in European Union. 

Customers must provide correct information about themselves when doing business in the Online Store and registering as a customer of the Online Store. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and are obligated to inform SINI of changes in the information without delay.

Customers may purchase products from the Online Store without registration. If a Customer orders products without registering as a customer, the Customer must provide all mandatory information in connection with each order.

You may choose to register as a customer. The registration requires a functioning email address and a password selected by the customer. You should always protect your log-in details, as you are responsible for all orders made using your username and password. If Customers notice or suspect that their account has become public or that their account is being used in an unauthorised manner, they must immediately notify SINI. SINI shall have the right to suspend or close the Customer's account.

4. Prices

The product price is the price displayed for the item on the Online Store at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. For the European Union countries all prices displayed are inclusive of VAT

5. Payment terms

SINI Online Store's payments are provided by Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna. (Klarna is not available in Sweden)

In order to use PayPal payment method, you must have a personal PayPal account from which the transfer is done. More information about Paypal is available on the Paypal website.


Invoice and Part Payment in selected countries 

We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

6. Shipping and delivery time

SINI Online Store ships to all EU countries  (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden). International deliveries are provided by GLS, PostNord or DHL. The shipping fee will be added to your order at checkout. We do not delivery to the Åland Islands. All product prices include the value added tax. We reserve the right to alter the delivery costs.

Shipping cost is starting from 5,90€ and cost depends on your chosen delivery method an the sum total of the order. Delivery costs are always provided prior to ordering. You will see the exact shipping cost to your country at the checkout. The normal shipping time is 3-8 business days from the moment SINI has confirmed the shipping by email. When the order is shipped from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address provided when placing the order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates based on average delivery times from our shipping partners, and we cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated time. We are not responsible for any delivery delay. Weekends and holidays are not included in the delivery days.

7. Return policy 

You have (14) days to return any items from the date you receive your order. if you wish to return your product within 14 days please contact our customer service info@sini.com. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

8. Product availability

SINI strives to provide up-to-date, correct information on the products available in the Online Store but cannot, however, guarantee the availability or sufficiency of the products available for sale. Only a limited amount of certain products may be manufactured or the products may otherwise become temporarily unavailable.

9. Prosessing of personal data and cookies

We are responsible for processing and storing customer data carefully. For more information regarding the processing of personal data and data protection please read our Privacy Policy. The app used for assuring the GDPR compliance of this site, collects your IP and the email address in order to process the data. 10. Force Majeure

SINI shall not be liable for any defects in its products, delays in deliveries or other breaches of agreement that are attributable to causes beyond SINI's reasonable control (force majeure). Even in situations such as these SINI shall, however, continue to strive to provide the best possible service to the Customer.

11. Applicable law and disputes

This User Agreement will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Finland. Any contractual disputes are primarily settled through negotiations.
